Tyco International is a multinational conglomerate serving multiple
industries. One prominent division, ADT, is the world’s leader
in commercial and residential security services.
Target
25,000 ADT employees across the United States and Canada.
Analysis
ADT had a need for a very dependable, high quality, rapid response,
full service graphic design firm to design, produce, and distribute
internal corporate communications in a cost efficient manner. Visionary
was given the challenge of working with the ADT corporate communication
department for rapid design, production and distribution of materials
throughout North America.
Solution
Visionary worked with ADT management to create a news- letter and training
materials that are sent to ADT locations.
Results
The newsletter informs employees about ADT acquisitions and strategy.
In addition, the newsletter encourages employee dialogue, boosts employee
morale and provides a vehicle for announcing recognition of employee
contributions to ADT’s growth and success. Training materials
are used as part of ADT University, a program that educates ADT employees.
